Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Casalecchio di Reno at On Page® PIM. The Reporter will research and develop news stories, conduct interviews, and gather information from a variety of sources, including digital platforms and in-person events.
The role includes writing clear, accurate, and timely news articles, collaborating with editors and multimedia staff to shape story angles, and adhering to editorial guidelines and ethical standards. The Reporter will monitor relevant beats, attend press conferences or briefings, and verify facts to ensure high-quality reporting that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills, with demonstrated experience producing accurate, engaging stories.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills, such as working with digital content formats, basic photography or video, and online publishing tools.
- Candidates should possess strong research, fact-checking, and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and editorial integrity.
- Candidates should possess a good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Casalecchio di Reno, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a newsroom or content team.
- Candidates should possess relevant education or experience in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field; prior newsroom or reporting experience is preferred.
