We are looking for an experienced **Meeting & Event Manager** motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Termini. The role will report to the Director of Sales. Hyatt Regency Rome Termini will offer a comprehensive range of event venues, from ballroom to boardroom, suitable for both one-off meetings or events that last all day. As a Meeting & Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing successful MICE events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while maximizing operational outcomes. **Main duties & responsability**: - Work with the Sales Team on projects and initiatives to drive conversion and identify opportunities for success.
- Conduct hotel site tours, formulate creative client presentations and tailor solutions to meet the clients needs.
- Preparing all event documentation & contracts - coordinating with sales, operations and the client ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post event phases.
- Practice up-selling at all opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate all event stages, from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budget are met.
- Monitor client satisfaction during and after the event,



gathering feedback to improve future planning, by preparing post-event reports and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the Meeting & Event team by example and providing training and support on Hyatt brand standards throughout all stages of the reactive quoting, contracting, and event planning process.
- Build a close cooperation with all the hotel departments involved to ensure flawless event execution.
- Participate in trainings and other development programs. **Skills and requirements**
- Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in International Hotels.
- Proficient in Italian and English Language, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
