The Efficiency & Sustainability Officer leads sustainability initiatives across flight operations, focusing on reducing environmental impact and improving operational efficiency. **Main Functions**: - Monitor and analyse flight data and performance metrics to identify areas for improving fleet’s fuel efficiency and reducing emissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into operations, enhancing flight planning and operational efficiency
- Prepare sustainability reports and track progress.
- Develop and implement sustainable aviation initiatives in the ATM domain
- Monitor and report on the evolution of the environmental regulatory framework
- Lead sustainability projects and supervise the Sustainability Pilots. **Requirements**: - High School Degree in Aeronautics (Bachelor Degree may represent a plus),
or holder of an aeronautical license (e.g., Pilot, Flight Dispatch).
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Familiarity with other software may represent a plus).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in aviation.
- Ability to manage sustainability projects and analyze efficiency metrics. Department: NPFO Chief of Staff Office
