- Establish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following customer engagement events
- Partner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel.
- Provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logistics




- Work with teams including Global R&D; and EMEA marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessions
- Coordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping / customs paperwork for domestic and international events
- Create tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement / innovation for future programs
- Create and manage specific tools to collect and analyze Voice of Customer **Requirements**: - BS in engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
