**This role in summary** In this role based in Milano HQ you will support the finance team to perform cost control activities on the Operational Expenses perimeter. You will also play an essential role in identifying improvement opportunities and driving year over year productivity by implementing cost saving projects. **Your responsibilities will include**
- Support the team in month end close and monthly forecasts
- Monitor General and Administrative (G&A;) costs and help to understand the deltas vs Budget and Forecast and business partnering with central functions
- Help the Finance Manager to identify improvement opportunities in order to drive profitability for the company, business partnering with business area leaders
- Perform Cost Center and balance sheet analysis
- Enhance reporting to Leadership Team
- Support ad-hoc projects as per request **Minimum requirements**
- Master’s Degree student in Economics/Finance/Business/Engineering
- Proficient English speaker (Italian is a Plus)
- Strong team player who shares our values and drives innovation
- Passionate about Finance
- Proficient user of Excel,
