- Conducting direct headhunting
- Designing and refining selection processes
- Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Delving into Talent Acquisition data reports and analytics projects **Key Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in IT Engineering profiles research
- Excellent direct sourcing skills (particularily on LinkedIn)
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor degree or higher education **Nice to have**: - Fluency in Italian and / or Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholders management experience
- Excel expertise
