- Current license to practice law in Italy.
- Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A; field,
gained in a comparable law firm.
- High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
- Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
