To drive this forward, we are looking for a RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) who will build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our revenue engine, owning the architecture and optimization of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. If you are a systems thinker who thrives on turning business requirements into scalable workflows and actionable insights, you could be the perfect fit for the following tasks:

- You lead our systems team to evolve our GTM technology stack, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- You design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approval processes.
- You partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success,



and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks and design and optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows.
- You establish governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- You lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption, and champion continuous improvement across our revenue operations ecosystem.

Your profile
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- You have deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, and/or subscription management systems such as Chargebee, including administration, automation
