What you'll do: People Operations → Support onboarding & offboarding flows → Maintain employee records in our HRIS → Draft employment contracts and HR documents → Help monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law) → Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes Talent Acquisition → Support to manage the ATS (Factorial) → Screen CVs and coordinate interviews → Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards → Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end Who we're looking for → Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications,
Law or similar → Detail-oriented and process-driven → Proactive — you don't wait to be told twice → Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus → Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter → Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information Nice to have → Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools → Background in HR, recruiting or organizational psychology → Basic knowledge of Italian labor law → Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI…) What you'll gain → End-to-end exposure to a People team in a high-growth scale-up → Hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations → Direct mentorship from experienced People professionals → Real impact on processes that shape the entire org What we offer → 6-month paid internship — €600/month → Hybrid work mode This search complies with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and is open to candidates of all gender identities or expressions, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, and religious beliefs.
