Arnolfo is a two-Michelin-star restaurant based in Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena), a member of Relais & Châteaux, offering a contemporary take on traditional cuisine, deeply rooted in the Tuscan territory. Our philosophy places sustainability, local producers, waste reduction and genuine care for people at its core, fostering a working culture built on respect, professional growth and work-life balance.

To expand our brigade, we are looking for a Pastry Commis Chef eager to grow within a young, dynamic kitchen. The successful candidate will join the pastry team, supporting the daily preparation of desserts, breakfast, petits fours and leavened products, working closely with the Pastry Chef and the rest of the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone curious, precise,



motivated and with a genuine passion for pastry. Experience is welcome, but what matters most to us is attitude, sensitivity and the desire to learn and take on new challenges.
