- **Sales Leadership**: Take charge of the entire Outokumpu product and service portfolio, guiding clients through the sales process from start to finish.
- **Strategy Execution**: Actively implement and contribute to Outokumpu's sales strategy and participate in strategic projects to enhance competitiveness.
- **Client Engagement**: Manage and nurture key accounts within your assigned territory while also driving the acquisition of new customers.
- **Market Insights**: Stay ahead of industry trends through proactive market observation and participation in trade events like trade fairs and customer seminars.
- **Negotiation Expertise**: Lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism, securing long-term partnerships. **What We Are Looking For**: - **Education**:
A technical and/or business degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Solid B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of stainless steel production and processing methods.
- **Languages**: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and SAP.
- **Sales Drive**: A proactive, results-oriented personality with a deep technical understanding and a passion for sales.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad as needed.
