As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry._ Role Overview: The After Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all after-sales activities across the Business Unit. The resource will report to the Head of Quality and will manage all stages of the after-sales process, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all product quality claims, ensuring rapid resolution and implementation of preventive solutions.- Issue and monitor official claims reports, ensuring accuracy and constant updating.- Actively participate in monthly quality meetings for all categories, reporting claims trends and suggesting corrective actions.- Interface with Store Managers (both retail and wholesale channels) and Customer Service, ensuring clear and timely communication on each claim managed.- Coordinate the after-sales activities with the technicians of each Business Unit (BU)
to ensure constant follow-up on claims and facilitate efficient management of after sales processes.- Work closely with the Head of Quality to implement quality solutions into business processes, ensuring continuous improvement. Your Talent- Experienced in a similar role within luxury fashion.- Knowledges of the international regulations on product warranty and consumer rights.- Good knowledge English (spoken and written).- Strong orientation to customers.- Strong communication and reporting skills.
