MCSI is growing and looking for an ambitious professional with a passion for Agile project management and a commitment to excellence in delivering services to our clients. The Project Manager is responsible to guide clients to define vison and goals, coach other team members and oversee projects through the entire project lifecycle, culminating in its completion and formal closure. In this role you would report into our Managing Director of MCSI. We offer this role in a hybrid work environment **Requirements**: - Manage clients’ projects from inception the closing. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables Organizing and managing all phases of the project to successful completion
- Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
- Guide the clients’ product owners in setting the right priorities and taking the optimal decisions for the product development, provide guidance in defining Epics and user stories and backlog
- Partner with development teams in the definition of processes, prioritization of initiatives, and keep an eye on the implementation efforts, identifying and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices and ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile principles and practices.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status,
risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track velocity and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Develop schedules and methods for measuring clients’ impact.
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications. **Qualification**
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic individual, with an Agile leadership and mindset
- Client oriented individual, proficient in relationship building across all organizational tiers.
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in project management
- 2 plus years of experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with CRM transformation projects, Salesforce preferred.
- Good communication skills both with IT developers and Business stakeholders
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Hands on experience of using JIRA tool to setup Agile boards setup and maintain product backlog setup Sprint boards track daily progress JIRA dashboards.
- Fluent in German and in English
- Agile Project Manager certificate nice to have **What’s in it for you**
