Role Description The Member role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the firm’s investment and portfolio management activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and company research, assisting in financial and commercial analysis of potential investments, and contributing to the preparation of investment memos and presentations.
The Member collaborates with senior team members to evaluate deal pipelines, participate in due diligence processes, and monitor portfolio performance and strategic initiatives. This role also involves engaging with entrepreneurs and operators, gathering insights to support value-creation plans,
and helping maintain internal knowledge repositories and reporting frameworks. The position requires proactive communication in a distributed team environment and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business model assessment.
- Proficiency in financial concepts and tools, such as financial modeling, valuation techniques, and interpreting financial statements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured presentations, investment memos, and concise reports.
- Demonstrated capacity for collaboration and stakeholder engagement, including working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and capability to manage tasks independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
- Interest in private equity, growth investing, and the GCC economic landscape; experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is beneficial.
- Comfort working across sectors such as healthcare, education, food, industrials, and technology, with a willingness to learn industry-specific dynamics.
