Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
