Specifically, when you join the **Supply Chain & Operations** team in **Padua**, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey. Specifically, you will be tasked with: - Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business;
- Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre
- and post-transformation performance;
- Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives;
- Target Operating Model Design.

- **Organizational and teamwork skills** with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities;
