**Rome** **RESERVATION AGENT** **Main purpose**:
**Reports to**: Regional Reservation Manager. **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Effectively use up selling and cross-selling techniques;
- Use appropriate product and experience description techniques;
- Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues. **We offer**: - Fixed-term contract (6 months) according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- **Business orientation**: Be able to follow guidelines and priorities assigned by Head of the Department in order to achieve goals in a timely and satisfactory way. Perform his/her tasks with integrity.
- **Technical Skills**: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. **Other requirements**: - Previous experience as Reservations or Front Office Agent in hotels or tour operators;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. A third language is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills with high-end clientele and good selling skills;
- Previous experience with hotel reservations software Opera;
- Motivation and ability to work in a fast and multitasking environment. **Workplace**: The Regional Reservations/Revenue Office, Via Paolo Emilio 57, 00192 - Rome. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato Retribuzione supplementare: - Bonus
