Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free. **About the Role** **We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support Intern based in Rome, Italy.** **Key Learnings Skills**
- Gain proficiency on company systems,
to cooperate with Operations and Customer Service teams;
- Provide support in creating and confirming services reservations with our suppliers, in order to provide our customers with a great holiday experience;
- Support suppliers and relevant people in charge on the road with our customers, to solve issues and grant a smooth experience for everyone;
- Be ready to act as a team player, showing the flexibility to adapt in multiple circumstances, working with different teams and helping in emergency situations; **Role Requirements**
- Japanese verbal and written language skills are **MANDATORY**
- Be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team-player
- Be able to identify problems
- Fluent in English and Italian, written and verbal language skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
