UI/UX Designer

As part of our Product Trio, you work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead and translate complex B2B requirements into intuitive user journeys. You design clear interfaces for web and mobile products and, based on user research, develop wireframes and prototypes that solve real user problems. In addition, you help build our internal Design System in Figma and scale it across the group's brands. In doing so, you use AI tools such as Figma Make or Claude in your workflow. This position can also be performed remotely.

You have a background in UI/UX design or web design and bring initial professional experience in the field. Strong communication skills, a good command of English, and a convincing portfolio complete your profile.

Within our company, this position falls under the national collective agreement of the metalworking industry (CNEL code: C011) at level B2. The actual compensation is determined by your qualifications and professional experience. Additional salary components,

Als Teil unseres Product Trios arbeitest du eng mit Product Manager und Tech Lead zusammen und übersetzt komplexe B2B-Anforderungen in intuitive User Journeys. Du gestaltest klare Interfaces für Web- und Mobile-Produkte und entwickelst auf Basis von User Research Wireframes und Prototypen, die echte Nutzerprobleme lösen. Zudem baust du unser internes Design System in Figma mit auf und skalierst es über die Marken der Gruppe hinweg. Dabei nutzt du KI-Tools wie Figma Make oder Claude in deinem Workflow.
