Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Milano is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Agent to ensure accurate reservations and smooth check-in/check-out while delivering courteous, personalized service in a luxury setting.

You will process payments, share information with guests, and coordinate with Bell and other departments to maintain seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
