Experteer Italy in Milan seeks a Director of Buying - Luxury to own end-to-end commercial performance and deliver revenue, margin, and sell-through targets. You define and execute a data-driven luxury buying strategy to curate an assortment that drives engagement and loyalty.

You will lead brand partnerships, negotiations, and supply terms within an off-price model, collaborating with Planning, Trading, Marketing, CRM, and Supply Chain to execute the strategy and develop a high-performing team.
