In this role, you will be based in Parma and report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager for Italy within our Production Center Italy Organization. If you are eager to lead initiatives that foster growth and efficiency, we want to hear from you! **Your Mission**: - Improve all the process and activities performed in Parma
- Achieve the objectives set by the management through the improvement of business processes and the development of production processes
- Implement and track the global Continuous Improvement plan in the site
- Analyze processes and measure business performance in order to improve efficiency, productivity, LT
- Support Sidel Production System (Machine Board / DOR / WOR)
- Responsible of Material Flow in the site




- Defines standard processes for promoting best practices across sites
- Support the implementation on WCM in Parma Plant
- Support Lean Manufacturing implementation to generate the maximum value with the least amount of waste
- Support with Six Sigma methodology all the activities and functions **Your Profile**: - 2/3 years in Continuous Improvement area
- Performance Development in an international Manufacturing environment
- Technical educational background
- Proven Lean / WCM /6 Sigma proficiency training programs (Lean Accademy, 6 Sigma Black/Green Belt)
- English (Proficiency Level)
- Fluency in Italian (French is a plus)
- Ability to work autonomously & in team
- Rigorous, dynamic, organized
