Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a Lawyer for its Milano office to join a team working in the following areas:

- Corporate Law
- Corporate Litigation
- Commercial Law
- Corporate M&A.;

Requirements:
- Law degree, excellently completed
- Excellent command of the English language - Native-level English is preferred
- Motivation for professional practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Recent admission to the bar is a preferred qualification. The career development path includes on-the-job training, specific programs, and continuous professional training aimed at obtaining the qualification as a lawyer.
