We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Splendido Team.
For this position, you are looking for a manager who will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and cost control within a luxury hotel.
Main duties & Responsibilities
Manage the entire warehouse cycle: goods reception, storage, distribution, and inventories.
Verify the conformity of received goods with orders, delivery notes (DDT), and hotel quality standards.
Ensure proper product storage according to HACCP regulations, safety standards, and luxury best practices.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, preventing stockouts or surpluses.
Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to optimize orders, lead times, and suppliers.
Manage periodic inventories (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and accounting reconciliations.
Support cost control, reducing waste, inventory discrepancies, and obsolescence.
Correctly utilize management systems (ERP / PMS / warehouse software).
Actively collaborate with operational departments to understand needs and priorities.
Apply and enforce company procedures and internal policies.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification, qualifications in economics/logistics are a plus.
Previous experience in the role within 5-star hotels or luxury contexts.
Knowledge of hotel warehouse flows (F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering).
