**Who We Are** Streetbeat is an innovative **fintech startup** specializing in the development of advanced digital solutions, with a focus on web and mobile platforms, chatbots, and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a UX Designer to help create seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. **What You’ll Do**
- **User Research**: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- **Design System**: Develop and maintain a scalable and consistent design system across different products.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure an effective user experience.
- **Experience Optimization**: Analyze usage data and iterate on interfaces to improve usability and performance.
- **Focus on Chatbots & AI**: Design conversational flows for chatbots and AI-driven interfaces. **Requirements**:
**Must have**
- **Excellent knowledge** of **Figma**(Auto Layout, Variants, Components);
- **Ability to create interactive prototypes**and **test user experiences;**:
- Experience designing interfaces for web and mobile (React Native is a plus);
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
- Professional English;
- Startup mindset;
- High flexibility and availability to travel abroad. **Nice to have**
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Understanding of conversational AI design principles (for chatbots and virtual assistants);
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React is a plus for better collaboration with the development team. **What We Offer**
