Junior Office Assistant - Renewable Energy | Rome
LCF Alliance is a fast-growing investment firm active in the renewable energy sector, with over 140 MW of solar PV assets acquired across 50+ transactions in Italy.
We are specialized in acquiring, optimizing and managing medium-scale photovoltaic plants, with the ambition to become one of the leading Independent Power Producers in the market.
Our Team is composed of highly experienced people from a wide variety of backgrounds. This ensures our capabilities to quickly execute complex transactions through an efficient and problem-solving oriented acquisition model.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our Corporate Services Team in Rome.
What you will do:
- Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Welcome clients and visitors at our Rome office
- Assist with data entry and managing corporate devices
- Support meeting scheduling and business travel arrangements
- Handle expense reports and administrative documentation
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate internal meetings and small corporate events
- Provide administrative support across departments
What we are looking for
Hard skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1); other languages will be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience using Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role will be considered a plus

What we offer:

- Contract: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi– Level 4 – Annual gross salary of €22,000–€24,000 + €10 meal vouchers
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Opportunity to work remotely 1 day/week after the probation period
