Avon is seeking a Transportation Senior Specialist to oversee Italy transportation operations, ensuring reliable deliveries and strong carrier partnerships. You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous service improvements across cross-functional teams in a dynamic international environment.

You will own Italy-wide transport operations, collaborate with Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and carriers, and lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve delivery quality
