BIC World in Italy seeks an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead the Stationers channel field sales team across Italy. You will develop and execute sales strategies to reach targets and grow market share, managing regional account managers and sales reps.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Italian distribution channels, and the ability to analyze sales data to drive decisions. Fluency in Italian and English is preferred; hybrid work arrangement offered.
