We are looking for a skilled **IT Project Manager** to join the team in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in process analysis, business mapping, and change management, particularly in the international fashion retail industry. As a key member of a small but influential team, you will oversee complex IT projects and facilitate seamless business integration. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and frequent interaction with external stakeholders and consultants. New challenges are waiting for you! **Key responsibilities**: - Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Business Process Analysis: Identify, document, and enhance business processes to align with strategic objectives.
- Change Implementation: Develop and execute change management strategies, supporting integration between branches and companies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Problem-Solving:
Identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in IT within the fashion retail industry and an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and mapping; familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, PMI, or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in managing corporate transformation and integration projects.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Capable of working autonomously within a small team, taking on a high level of responsibility.
