**IT Workplace Operation Specialist**:
Within the Global IT Workplace Operation team and under the governance of the Modern Workplace Team Leader,
the Global Workplace Operation Specialist missions within the team are:
Resolve incidents escalated by local IT and Global Service Desk
Track resolution of incidents and requests
Share personal experiences of support and technical expertise with local IT and Global Service Desk through communication or knowledge base articles and documentation
Interface and cooperate with Global Workplace SME team when needed, for technical incident resolution
Key Responsibilities
Contribution
Support Microsoft Windows 11
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Help and advice users on appropriate action
Support and train Local IT teams and Global Service Desk
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route incidents and requests
Document resolutions process and procedure (How to )
Following tickets with third-party vendors (Microsoft, Dell,...)
Work in cooperation with the SME team (Subject Matter Expert)
Embrace the strategy defined by the management and makes it his own

Qualifications and Experience
**General**: 5 years in Workplace supporting environment
**Technical**:
PCs and peripherals
Windows 11
Mobile Phones (iOS, Android,...)
Office 365
End user support
Troubleshooting, optimization
Intune knowledge (nice to have)
Has experience with asset management, following ITIL standards
Printing (nice to have)
