Independent Sales Agent – Industrial Packaging

Kursan Plastik Ambalaj A.Ş. is seeking an Independent Sales Agent based in Italy to develop our presence in the Italian market.
Founded in 1984, Kursan is an established Turkish manufacturer of industrial packaging products, with an annual production capacity of approximately 216 million sacks. Our product portfolio includes polypropylene woven sacks, laminated and BOPP bags, AD-STAR® valve bags, FIBC big bags, woven fabrics, technical textiles, polypropylene yarns and webbing.
The representative will identify prospective customers, introduce Kursan’s products, develop commercial relationships and support the sales process from the initial enquiry through to order placement.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers throughout Italy
• Develop relationships with importers, distributors and industrial end users
• Promote Kursan’s packaging products to companies operating in the food, flour, feed, fertilizer, agriculture, chemical, construction and related industries
• Collect customers’ technical specifications and purchasing requirements
• Coordinate quotations,



samples and commercial discussions with our export team
• Follow up on active enquiries and support negotiations
• Monitor market developments and provide feedback on customer needs and competitors
• Represent Kursan professionally in the Italian market
Ideal Candidate
• Based in Italy with a strong understanding of the local business environment
• Fluent in Italian and able to communicate effectively in English
• Confident in developing new business and approaching prospective customers
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
• Existing contacts within industrial packaging, food production, agriculture, animal feed, flour milling, fertilizer, chemicals or construction materials would be a strong advantage
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
