As HUB Europe SCM Manager, you lead supply chain excellence across the region, shaping strategy and driving performance. You will manage a large, multicultural team and oversee substantial spend while upholding sustainability and supplier standards. - Lead HUB sourcing and spend management aligned with global SCM objectives
- Drive regional supply chain performance: cost, quality, delivery, and supplier reliability
- Sponsor and support Global and Regional Category Teams; collaborate with engineering, project execution, and supply chain
- Deliver annual targets for cost reduction, supplier quality,
delivery performance, sustainability, and material compliance
- Establish transparent stakeholder communication and standardize SCM processes
- Promote and utilize digital SCM tools for efficiency, scalability, and synergies
- Ensure implementation of sustainability standards, Supplier Code of Conduct, and supplier audits
- Develop organizational capability through talent management, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership in industrial/project‑driven EPC environments
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, xysqume supplier management, and end‑to‑end supply chain operations
- Technical understanding of power transmission and distribution technologies (desirable)
- Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed, multicultural teams
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- International business experience with ability to influence across complex organizations
