As an HR & Payroll Associate Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR & Payroll team, playing a key role in delivering accurate payroll services and exceptional client experiences.
You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring payroll activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and on time. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data throughout the payroll cycle.
Perform payroll administration and processing activities in compliance with local regulations.
Prepare and deliver accurate payslips within agreed deadlines.
Ensure payroll entries are correctly reflected in the accounting records.
Produce payroll-related reports and support data analysis requirements.
Escalate complex payroll matters to senior team members when appropriate.
Process special payroll events, including terminations, final settlements, relocation payments, bonuses, and other non-standard payments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a payroll services, outsourcing, or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of Italian payroll processes and Italian labour law.
Good command of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with payroll systems (preferably Zucchetti paghe infinity) and HR-related technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently when needed.
