The role: Xylem is seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) where there is a plant of over 800 employees. Responsibilities: - Responsible and accountable for on-time /within budget delivery of projects through Stage & Gate process;
- Responsible for the delivery of VAVE projects;
- Be the ‘go-to’ person and effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels on project status, risks and resource needs;
- Manage risks and escalate issues in time to develop countermeasures and mitigation plans;
- Help to support and continuously improve project management practices;
- Work closely with the global PMO team, and engage & support process improvements & trainings;
- Be open-minded to adopting best practices & methodology (i.e. Agile) in software or firmware developments; Requirements:



- 3+ Years of project-related experience in the management of projects in a structured manufacturing company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or other related fields, as minimum.
- Good spoken and written English
- Fluent in Italian
- PMP certification is a plus
- International experience is a plus as the knowledge of the stage & gate process or Agile Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills at all levels
