In line with our 2025 growth plan, we are looking to strengthen the team at our Milan office. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in Excel
- A responsible, confident, and empathetic personality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform well under pressure
- Fluency in English (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role **Key Responsibilities**: - Office management
- Administrative support to the management team
- Scheduling and travel arrangements, including logistics
- Preparation of presentations, meetings, and supporting materials
- Support for the recruitment team
- Contract management for employees




- Coordination of geographic mobility: booking flights and hotels, liaising with managers in Portugal **What We Offer**: - Full-time employment contract
