As a Project Manager in our entertainment and education company, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, strategically managing team performance, and overseeing project development. Your responsibilities will span across team coordination, operational oversight, recruitment, external communication, and project planning. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project & Event Planning**
- Plan and coordinate company events, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute renovations or significant upgrades when needed.
- Manage procurement of materials and supplies for renovation projects. **2. Supply Chain & Inventory**
- Coordinate monthly inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage ordering of supplies and products for sale, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs. **3. Human Resources & Recruitment**
- Organize and lead recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and selecting new team members.




- Prepare and oversee employment contracts in collaboration with HR and management. **4. Team & Operations Management**
- Create and manage weekly work schedules for the entire team.
- Step in to cover or coordinate shift management when the designated shift manager is absent.
- Provide onboarding and training for new employees to ensure alignment with company values and procedures.
- Lead and support the team in achieving performance goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. **5. Communications & Information Management**
- Maintain up-to-date information across online platforms (Website, Google, socials) regarding business hours and services. **Language Requirements**
- Proficiency in **English and Italian** is **required** for this role. Pay: €3,000.00 - €4,000.00 per month **Experience**: - managing: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English (required)
