**Position**:
The position is based in our HQ in Rome. **Job responsibilities**:
The profile will have the main responsibilities: - Organize, boost and speed up the Digital Roadmap to ensure Fendi stays ahead of competition in all markets;
- Build a strong collaboration with Communication, Digital Content, E-Commerce and CRM teams to ensure customer experience excellence and 360 view on clients;
- Structure a robust front end roadmap to ensure website navigation is always innovative, easy to use, accessible and continuously optimized;
- Lead the Media innovation. **Profile**: - 8-10 years of successful experience in delivering Digital projects experiences in an international context with a proven positive track record in terms of project successfully launched and positive business and customer indicators;
- Data driven mindset combined with the understanding of luxury business;
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously in a number of areas (media, brand, UX, communication,) and to speak with a large variety of stakeholders;
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team;
- Extremely organized and high attention to luxury and detail;
- Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging trends in digital;
- Fluency in English is a must, Italian is a nice to have. **Additional information**:

**MAISON***: - The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed.
