SENIOR MANAGER – HR & ADMINISTRATION

Location: Kolkata / Project Locations (open to candidates from all states; relocation may be required)

Experience: 20+ years | Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / Engineering / Corporate

Position Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – HR & Administration to lead the HR & Admin function, driving strategic HR management, employee relations, compliance, and administrative governance in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy: Lead HR & Admin function; develop policies and strategies aligned with business needs; advise senior leadership on manpower and org structure.
Talent Acquisition: Own workforce planning, recruitment for senior/critical roles, and talent pipeline development.
Performance & Development: Drive performance management, competency frameworks, L&D;, and succession planning.
Employee Relations: Manage grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance:



Oversee payroll inputs, HRMIS, employee lifecycle, and labour law compliance.
Administration: Manage facilities, security, transport, vendors, and admin budgets across office/project sites.
Policy & SOP Governance: Develop and update HR/Admin policies, SOPs, and controls.
MIS & Reporting: Deliver HR dashboards, attrition/manpower reports, and data-driven insights to leadership.

Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in HR; 20+ years in HR & Administration, including end-to-end operations and senior stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of labour law, compliance, and HR processes; excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred: experience in real estate/infrastructure/construction, multi-location/project workforce management, and working directly with MD/CEO/VP level.
