To join our growing team to that is involved defining and implementing the business marketing strategy and guidelines for all assigned divisions and their products, globally and for regional areas assigned. Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design, development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Northen Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans. **What you will be doing**: - Responsibility for the business marketing of DIODES electronic components for defined regions, segments and customers within the European market.
- Independent technical design-in support for customers.
- Conducting technical product presentations and training for sales and customers.




- Customer retention and maintenance with OEMs and distributors.
- Pricing and negotiations with customers.
- Preparation of market and competition analyses.
- Reporting to the Regional Marketing Europe DIODES team.
- Budget & business Plan creation and target tracking. **What you will bring along**: - Completed studies in electrical engineering/physics or a comparable level of education.
- Initial practical experience with DIODES electronic semiconductor components desirable or great interest in working with them necessary.
- Confident appearance with customers.
- Conversational fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Very good data management skills (MS Excel and MS Access).
