What You’ll Do
- Lead Daily Salon Operations by keeping the salon organized, efficient, and customer-focused every day.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed goals.
- Drive Sales Performance - Increase memberships, retail sales, and customer loyalty through strong leadership and sales coaching.
- Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
