Title: Italian Customer Assistance Specialist
Onboarding: In-person (Lisbon, Portugal)

Hours: 24/7 rotating schedule (40 hours weekly, 8 hours daily)
Role Summary
Looking to establish your career in Portugal? We are recruiting customer-focused Italian speakers to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. Serving as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve user inquiries via telephone, email, and digital chat. This role is ideal for proactive problem solvers who excel in a energetic, team-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Contact: Manage inbound Italian client inquiries across phone, email, and live chat using a respectful, professional tone.
- Problem Diagnostics: Identify client concerns, pinpoint root issues, and deliver quick, accurate, personalized solutions.
- System Entry: Maintain precise logs of user interactions, support tickets, and resolution steps within internal CRM platforms.
- KPI Metrics: Consistently meet performance targets, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Continuous Growth: Participate in routine training sessions to stay updated on product modifications, company rules, and daily procedures.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or C1/C2 level in Italian (spoken and written); minimum B2 standard in English for team interactions, training, and software usage.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Location: In-person attendance required at the Lisbon office.
- Work Permit:
EU/EEA citizenship, EU passport, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, active listening, calm under pressure, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Remuneration Options Option A: Local Plan (For Local Residents)
- Base Salary: €1,262.33 gross monthly (paid across 12 months)
- Housing: Self-arranged accommodation
- Best For: Candidates currently residing in Lisbon or looking to manage their own housing
Option B: Relocation Plan (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon)
- Base Salary: €1,059.00 gross monthly (paid across 12 months)
- Housing Included: Private bedroom in a shared company apartment, with basic utility bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi) fully covered
