WordLift is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (AI & SEO) to own the delivery of complex AI-powered SEO projects for global enterprise clients. You will drive retention and growth across strategic accounts, acting as a senior partner to leadership on operational transformation of our Customer Success model.

You will lead technical audits, automate delivery where possible with LLMs and n8n, and ensure clients achieve measurable ROI from WordLift’s AI infrastructure.
