Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life. **JOB PURPOSE** **AN OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN TO JOIN THE FINANCE TEAM WITHIN THE NUTRITION DIVISION AT ABBOTT ITALY AS FP&A; MANAGER.** The purpose of the FP&A; Manager role is to support business leaders to deliver maximum finance results by providing accurate, timely and qualitative financial information including budgeting, forecasting, month end closing, support to business partners and to key company projects. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the Italy Latest Best Estimate forecasting process and ensure the business is executed as planned, aligned and compliant to Abbott policies and procedures.
- Provide solid financial support and guidance to Abbott Nutrition business (ANI)
- Manage and accurately forecast Italy balance sheet and cashflow
- Manage the month end process and ensure that accounting entries are accurately reflected.
- Management of daily/monthly/quarterly reporting
- Take part to periodical financial reviews with Area/Corporate
- Participate in ANI initiatives for enhancement of business processes and financial effectiveness
- Be a permanent advisor to sales, marketing and general management to help achieve company goal. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or Finance
- Master’s degree in business or finance or another professionally recognized accountancy qualification would be a plus.
- Minimum 8-year experience in Commercial Finance function
- Experience of Healthcare or FMCG markets preferred
- Able to build strong relationships at all levels and to work effectively in a matrix structure
- Proven ability of managing by influence
- Commercial acumen and customer focus
- Advanced SAP, Power BI & MS Office knowledge
- English fluent/proficient is a must.
