**Overview**: - The customer service manages customers orders and takes care of pre and post sales relations (by telephone, mail and portal) towards customers for products of the commercial divisions managed by CODIFI, the Consortium of the Menarini Group dealing with the "order to cash process". **Main Activities & Responsibilities**: - Order Entry Pharma, Manage service request and complaints, Field Force Support
- National Customers; Field Forces of various company of Menarini Group; All departments of CODIFI and various departments of the company of The Menarini Group (Commercial, Marketing, ICT, ect..) **Job Requirements**: - Socio-Economics Degree
- Years of experience 0-1 entry level; 1-3 officer
- Communicative skills in general and the ability to be a team player
- Fluent in english Contract type: fixed term
