In this role, you will ensure top-system performance and customer satisfaction for SiC CVD products, supporting both development and field service. You’ll analyze performance data, implement improvements, and drive safe, reliable operation across global sites. You work closely with multi-functional teams to resolve issues and share best practices, shaping ASM's service excellence and advanced deposition capabilities.
This position offers exposure to cutting-edge semiconductor processes and international travel.

Oversee overall system performance of SiC CVD products at customer sites to achieve high satisfaction
Diagnose and resolve customer issues, identifying containment and implementing long-term solutions
Improve IQ performance of released products and report performance data
Collect, analyze, and report system performance to define improvement plans
Support SiC CVD hardware development (new development and CIP projects)
Lead ASM SOPs and protocols, guiding co-workers
Maintain and enhance service procedures, checklists,
and best-known methods
Collaborate with multiple ASM resources across departments in a fast-paced environment
Provide fast, high-quality solutions to field/customers and document best practices
Explain complex technical issues clearly to peers, management, and customers
Travel domestically and internationally as required (30-40%)
Ensure safety-first mentality in all tasks
5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry including deposition (EPI, ALD, PEALD, SiC/SiCVD)
Bachelor's degree in a technical field xkiyazw (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering)
Strong HW/SW and equipment system knowledge (including process)
Proficient troubleshooting methodologies and problem diagnosis
Solid knowledge of vacuum techniques, robot controllers, PLCs, valves, and SPC
Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office, OneComm, SharePoint, SAP
Native Italian and fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience with ASM tool sets preferred
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
