Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with expertise in Downstream Bioprocessing to join our team as a Technical Application Consultant. As part of the Downstream Processing (DSP) Customer Application team within the Process solution commercial organisation, you will leverage your technical expertise in DSP technologies to drive sales and business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial, MSAT and Customer Applications teams to develop and implement solutions for customers located in Italy and MEA.
Your role will include managing complex projects from pre-sales through implementation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your analysis and understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will enable you to identify strategic opportunities for growth. You will engage with customers both in person and virtually, presenting our expertise while addressing their specific needs. Your contributions will extend to assisting Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning and executing regional action plans. Additionally, you will act as a liaison, sharing customer feedback with the business to shape our strategies and product offerings.
Who You Are
- You have an Italian Work Permit/ live in Italy
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD is preferred.
- Strong relevant technical experience in the DSP Bioprocessing industry. Ability to travel up to 70%
