We are a warm and welcoming family based in Florence, seeking an experienced, kind, and engaging English-speaking nanny to care for our 3-year-old son (turning 4 in September). This is a long-term role, starting ideally in September, with flexibility regarding the exact start date. About the Role: - Your primary focus will be our energetic and curious son, providing a nurturing, structured, and stimulating environment through active play, creativity, and consistency.
- You will be supported during the initial transition by our current nanny, who will introduce you to our family routines and ensure a smooth handover.
- The role can be live-in or live-out, depending on your current living arrangements and preferences. **Requirements**: - Fluent in English (essential, as the family communicates in English at home).
- Proven experience working with young boys, ideally with preschool-aged children.
- Energetic, playful,



and confident in managing active little ones.
- Open to a long-term collaboration.
- Must be legally able to work in Italy. Hours & Pay: - Flexibility required (specific schedule to be discussed).
