Location: Remote work from anywhere in Italy (approximately 10-15 hours a week) AuPairCare Europe GmbH is part of the American organization Intrax, an organization which promotes international cultural and educational exchange. Intrax offers programs in the areas of au pair, student exchange, internships abroad, study abroad and work & travel. As part of the role **Social Media & Market Development Coordinator - AuPairCare Italy**, you will actively contribute to developing and expanding AuPairCare Europe‘ s presence in the Italian market. **Key Responsibilities - Social Media**
- Establish social media presence and build an engaged community in the Italian market
- Plan, create, and publish social media content in line with brand guidelines
- Communicate with current participants to request content contributions
- Manage and moderate the social media community in the Italian market
- Respond to direct messages and user interactions promptly and professionally
- Support the collection and organization of visual and written content




- Coordinate and facilitate the transfer of collected content to relevant teams or platforms **Key responsibilities - Market Development**
- Support efforts to expand AuPairCare’s presence and brand awareness in the Italian market
- Identify relevant industry fairs, events, local gatherings and representing AuPairCare Italy at these occasions
- Build and maintain relationships with local institutions **What We’re Looking For**: - Languages: Native-level Italian and fluent English proficiency required
- Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools
