The inspiration behind the brand’s values, Oasi Zegna, continues to guide everything we do at ZEGNA - from supporting our people to fostering a culture of growth, where craftsmanship and innovation are core elements of our learning processes and long-term growth strategy.YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLEAs Creative Content Manager, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us lead the creative vision for all brand contents, directing concepts and executions to ensure that Zegna’s image is consistently expressed across every touchpoint and channel.You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.More specifically you will:Conceive and develop creative concepts for brand, product campaigns, fashion shows and storytelling initiatives.Develop design concepts and lead visual design development throughout the entire cycle, from initial exploration through to final design deliverables.Create, oversee and drive the end-to-end development and delivery of all photo shoots, from concept and casting to on-set direction and post-production.Supervise the creative and graphic design direction of all brand deliverables, ensuring alignment with Zegna’s visual identity and guidelines.Coordinate and safeguard brand image consistency across channels, including social media, media campaigns, website, visual merchandising, events and fashion shows.Build connections and collaborate with artists, musicians and creators, positioning Zegna as a creative platform interpreted by diverse talents and cultural voices.Collaborate directly with external partners — including creative agencies,
production houses and external art directors — to deliver best-in-class brand content and experiences.WHO YOU AREUniversity degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or similarYou bring at least 5 years’ experience in image production and art direction at an agency or high-end brandYou have a creative mindset and the ability to shape Zegna’s brand communicationYou demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, acting as a guardian of the Zegna brand across every execution, including fashion shows, social media, website and storesYou have people management skillsYou have demonstrated ability to work on video content, including scripting, editing and post-productionBackground with a deep knowledge of the arts, given the brand’s strong connection with the art world.You have strong network and knowledge of creative partners to engage for projectsYou communicate fluently in English WHAT WE OFFERThe position provides for a base salary between: € 60.000-65.000+variabileRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
