Associate to join the team, with a primary focus on corporate, M&A;, and related advisory areas. xysqume
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters, supporting clients through all stages: Key Responsibilities :Advise clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures,
corporate reorganisations and other strategic transactions;Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence activities;Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters;Support and supervise junior team members, where appropriate.About You
Degree in Law with excellent academic record;Approximately 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in
Corporate and M&A;, gained at a leading international law firm;Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment,
